The state of our financial sector

The state of our financial sector is synonymous with the state of the leaders that run our economy,why are we punished with human resources that are heartless despite the consolidation exercise carried out by the immediate past central bank governor prof CHUKWUMA SOLUDO majority of our banks are prostrate this is evident with the recent sack of five bank C.E.O`s by the incumbent central bank governor SANUSI LAMIDI why?Is it that the regulatory bodies have been sleep walking?
